Wildflower Meadow

The Jubilee Meadow was created in 2012 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.

The idea originated from a resident. The Parish Council obtained some funding for purchase of the seed. A good number of Volunteers helped to sow the seed including children from the Village School.

The meadow has now become well established, so that instead of an area of unused land we now have a place for rest, meditation and enjoyment by all.
