Allotments and Gardens
(incorporating Harthill in Bloom)

The Allotments and Gardens Committee has the following Terms of Reference and usually meets monthly during the spring and summer months on the first Tuesday in February, April, June, September and November, and then as required during other months. Meetings are usually at 7.00pm in the Village Hall.

Notices for these meetings will be displayed on the Parish Council's website and on the three Parish Council notice boards (Union Street, Harthill Village Hall and Dowcarr Lane, Woodall) on the Thursday before the meeting, earlier if there are bank holidays

The Agenda for the next Allotment and Gardens Committee will be added to the website 3 business days before the meeting.

Staffing
Committee

The Staffing Committee has the following Terms of Reference and meets a minimum of twice annually, unless the matters are decided by full council.

Notices for these meetings will be displayed on the Parish Council's website and on the three Parish Council notice boards (Union Street, Harthill Village Hall and Dowcarr Lane Woodall). on the Thursday before the meeting, earlier if there are bank holidays.

The Agenda for the next Staffing Committee will be added to the website 3 business days before the meeting.

Since Covid 19 staffing matters have been dealt with by full council. The staffing committee however remains in placed.
